This plan combines a tax-advantaged member-funded Health Saving Account with a qualified high deductible health plan (HDHP).

Blue Short Term

If you are temporarily without health coverage, our Blue Short Term plan is an affordable plan designed to protect you from unexpected health issues for a short period of time (one to six months).

Blue Preferred HMO 90

Blue Preferred HMO is a health maintenance organization (HMO) program that emphasizes wellness and preventive care to keep you well. Once approved for coverage, your benefits begin immediately with no deductible or exclusions for pre-existing conditions.
